Envelope — an invitation to the founding cohort

Hi friend.

You're reading this because we've worked together.

I've been exploring new ways of using AI and agents to collaborate. Lovable and Claude are great, but there's still friction when collaborating and handing off files.

I wanted a solution where me, clients and agents could collaborate without walls.

I call it Envelope.

You'll have to accept terms to check out.

Envelope is a private design environment: you prompt your agent in a Slack channel. It generates. Sometimes it will nail it; sometimes it won't. When it doesn't, I'll steer the prompt or do it by hand and give the agent a Figma link or a live page to use as reference.

Every reference, prompt and correction creates compounding context: the sooner you start using it, the more context it will have when you need it most.

questions

What do I get on day one?
A private Slack channel, set up over Slack Connect, with a design agent you prompt directly and a silo of your own where your brand context and outputs live. And me in the channel. Provisioning is same-day.
Where does my work actually live?
On your own address — yourname.slash.red — behind a login only you and the people you name can pass. Not a shared workspace, not a folder inside someone else’s tool. Every round stays at its own URL, permanently: version 1 isn’t overwritten when version 4 arrives, it’s still there at the address it always had. You can go back to anything you’ve ever been shown.
Who owns the output?
You do, during and after. Your brand and confidential material stay yours too. Export anytime. If you cancel, the live engine stops — your files don't.
Does RED train on my work?
On the process, not the property: the prompts and the back-and-forth of how a brief becomes a result, to train the RED Design Engine. We never publish your work or show it to anyone else. Flag anything you want kept out. The terms say this in full.
Do I need a paid Slack plan?
Yes. If you're a new Slack user you'll get a 90-day free trial, so there's nothing to pay up front. At checkout, put your Slack email in its own field — same as your billing email is fine, just enter it in both. Not on Slack yet? The channel invite lands at that address and walks you through signing up.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, effective at the end of the current month. No term, no fee. Billing starts the day your channel is provisioned.
